Your visit here shouldn't cost you your privacy. VelvetDusk was built with minimal data collection in mind, and this document explains exactly what that means in practice.
Basic technical signals: the type of device and browser you use, which parts of the platform you interact with, and how long sessions last. We don't require registration, so we don't have your name or contact details unless you send them to us voluntarily.
Recorded signals help us squash bugs, understand which features resonate, and plan improvements. That's the entire list. We have no advertising partners and no data marketplace relationships.
Your browser may store a small amount of gameplay data locally — things like personal high scores. This stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it completely.
Hosting and delivery rely on a handful of infrastructure vendors bound by strict data-handling agreements. They process requests on our behalf and nothing more.
Server-side logs rotate out after 180 days maximum. Manual deletion requests are honored within 72 hours.
You can ask us what we've stored, request corrections, or demand full erasure at any time. Reach out through the contact information on this site and we'll respond promptly.
This document will evolve alongside the platform. Significant changes will be flagged clearly for returning visitors.
